Classes are for all ages. A blend of dances from the African diaspora including Afrobeats, Soca, Dancehall, Afro-house and so much more!

Classes are for women only and for ages 15+. A mature dance class like our "Heaven Body" Class but there is the option of heels, but not compulsory. Dancing to various genres of music, there's floor work, and sometimes props! This class is sassy and fun making you feel sexy and confident in your body!

Learn drama with various techniques, skills, approaches to acting and the dramatic arts. Actors can prepare for future auditions, or brush up on their skills. Children can have fun with drama games, and role-plays.
Drama is the best thing for your confidence the drama games, and exercises will get rid of all those inhibitions!
